Nationals Results

Congrats to the athletes that competed at the New Balance Track Nationals in Greensboro, North Carolina.  Guilderland was well represented.  Here are the results:

 

Girls 4x8:  9:21     2nd out of 52 teams in emerging elite

Boys SMR      13 out of 42 teams in emerging elite

Noah T.  4:45.97    6th out of 26           Top 7th grader

Noah Carey   9:25 (roughly 9:20.9 at the 3200m mark, less than a second away from the state freshman record), 2nd place in a great race   (4:38 1st 1600, 4:43 2nd 1600)

Emily Burns   Steeple  7:04   6th overall (All-American Status)

Noah Carey   4:26   3rd place

Everyone ran well.  8 of the 10 kids who went are underclassmen...so big things for the future.
